If your over mileage, you need to sit on the car if you can. Let the age catch up with the mileage a bit.

Getting it appraised at Ray's isn't even close to reality though, because you had no intention of buying.
You need to get it appraised at a dealership that has a car you may consider buying. Then you can actually shop trades and see what'll work best. I can get you $14 for that car, easy.
