from the looks of it, the lady in the car was moving so I beleive she lived, and as for the motorcycle guy, well seeing as he wasn't breathing or moving, I say he went the way of his bike.

It looks like the car made a left turn in front of the bike. The bike was going fast (I think everyone realized that). Did you see the front wheel of the bike imbedded in the passanger side fender. That was a new R1 too.... That happened to a friend of mine but he got lucky, my friend only broke both of his arms...

I think that I just changed my mind about getting a bike. As they always say its not always you its the other drivers you have to worry about. I also don't think that I would be able to film that either. It was a little bit to morbid for me.

I don't think it was going that fast. If it were, the guy who was lying there would be in MUCH worse shape.

Driving a small car is scary enough let alone driving a motorcycle with some of the drivers out there.

Id say that guy was dead, and she prob lost a leg.

Similar accident happened to someone I knew. Riding down a 4 lane road (2 each direction) in the left most lane, when a soccer mom driving a mini van decided she was going the wrong way and needed to do a u turn in the middle of the road. He was riding back a little ways of her and he ended up t-boning the b**** and ended up in a coma for a couple months and never fully recoverd. The bike was a gift to himself after graduating electrical engineering.

I think the motorcycle guy's DEAD, check out how badly his left hand was injured: it's already edematous. And in order for his face to be bloody under that helmet, a severe impact is likely, one that probably snapped his neck.
He flew quite a ways, actually, I think Moto+rider flew over the car. check out my drawing of what I believe happened.

nice visual...but i think the car should be over closer the moto and rider....thats why im confused as to what happened....because the impact is HUGE! and the rider didnt go that far...(he might have gone "through" the car...)

From watching again and listening to the people, I gather that the guy in the white sleeveless shirt was the driver (from the blood on his right shoulder, which more than likely came from the passenger), and the passenger's his mom (you can hear him saying "mama")
and you can also hear them saying that the guy's not breathing (rider)
Don't know what language they speak, but if you listen close you can kinda understand some things they say.

The language is familiar, but I dont know it all. The guy working the camera asks if the motorcyclist is breathing, addressing the guy with the purplish-gray vest who leans over him. He replies that no, he is not breathing.

Unless someone got there in about 5 minutes with a defib to do cpr (which considering the length of the video after that, no one did), he died. That'd be probably 8 minutes with no oxygen. Brain damage has set in at that point.
The guy in the white shirt was the driver, and the woman with the sweater also by the car was in the back seat.
