im thinking the bikers for 2 reasons....1) the other bikers were all mopey instead of attacking/arguing with the driver....and 2)it usually is the bikers fault.....*feels possible (flame2) *

the reason the motorcyclist didn't go to far is that he probably saw it was coming and tried to skid or something and wound up hitting the car himself along with the motorcycle. I was actually watching TV on something about drowning and they said something on how long the brain actually functions after the heart stops beating and oxygen is being sent to it but I beleive it was something like 15-30 min. But he def. had some head trauma and aint alive.

Well if the car was making a left off the main road it would be the cars fault considering she didnt have the right away

That biker is probably dead. I love motorcycles, but seeing something like this I can understand why my gf doesn't want me to ride one again (had a kawasaki in college).

i agree with the drawing,but where the **** were the cops, and medical personel, if they explained how bad the victims were, they woudl get there insanely quick. Sad

The language is familiar, but I dont know it all. The guy working the camera asks if the motorcyclist is breathing, addressing the guy with the purplish-gray vest who leans over him. He replies that no, he is not breathing.

Unless someone got there in about 5 minutes with a defib to do cpr (which considering the length of the video after that, no one did), he died. That'd be probably 8 minutes with no oxygen. Brain damage has set in at that point.
The guy in the white shirt was the driver, and the woman with the sweater also by the car was in the back seat.

Defib wouldn't have done anything, CPR would just have prolonged the inevitable. Only thing that may have saved him would be fast access to a hospital with a damn good trauma team...and even that would be very unlikely

Also not all countries have the highly coordinated emergency/9-1-1 system that we have in the US.

The car obviously got in the motorcycle's way.
And even if you say that the motorcycle was speeding, it still doesn't negate the fact that he had the Right of Way.

I bet the guy on the bike was going pretty fast judging by the damage to the car. That looks like a pretty good straight. If he was going excessively fast then I would put the rider at fault. The car probably couldnt negotiate well because the guy was covering ground way too fast.

Hope I dont get flamed but that's what happens. Generally a guy wearing full leathers like that on an R1 isn't out just cruising along at the speedlimit. I bet he is a squid who got the inevitable.

Before I get flamed to hell I have been riding motorcycles since 16, so about 8 years. Its dangerous and easy to get carried away on a bike like that.
