Used awesome new wax

NCZ13. This comes out of my own personal experience. I didn't state it was the truth set in stone.

fair enough, i kinda come off like a d-bag when i talk about this stuff. so sorry about that.

miata looks great =) gold class has a ton of oils in it which brings a super slick feel, and a nice wetness. Only reason i stopped using it was because i had picked up a different carnuba that didnt stain trim.

It's all good. It does stain rubber trim pretty easily if it stays on there too long. I use the Turtle Wax Ice on the trim and thats about its only good use...lol

F430TECH, FWIW, I get the same results just using Meguiars Gold Class and only takes 2 hours. Clay bar isn't needed (especially on new car) unless there is still road grime, bug, tree sap on the clear coat after washing.

Maybe I should of taken pictures of the claybar after i got done using it there was plenty of particulate...this was the cars first real wax job after 2000 miles. I Was in Dallas for the hurricane and had to bring my buddy some insulin back pretty quick. Bug splats at excessive speeds? Even washing doesnt get it all off...no match for the claybar though.

Thanks for trying to tell me how to wash my car though, I appreciate it!!....you have your way and I have mine I was just sharing my results the pictures of course do not do it justice...was taken with my iphone. It actually look sbest at night to me...the red gets sooooo dark.

LoL at you F430TECH. Never in my post did I tell you how to wash your car. It looks good tho.

factory paint is full of s***. metal dust and debris from shipment. the stock paint is dirty as hell and i suggest you claybar or cleaner wax it or something. i promise youll get so much better results with sheen and gloss when you hit it up with something to get off the grime you cant see on your factory paint job.

i clay barred mine almost as soon as i got it and hit it up with a coat of wax. since then i did one more clay bar a year later. then i found this wax and it does it all without all the fuss of a clay bar and wax and wax and gloss and wax....etc. zaino is one hell of a product dont get me wrong....but as far as ive seen....the only wax that would put up a fight is the ibiz. it def does the job. like i said though...i just want to see if it lasts before the winter months without a doubt then ill put it on for the winter if it holds up until then.
i forgot to take pics in the sun and its been cloudy the past few days so gimme a few more and ill get some sun shots to show how nice it looks. i got some nice shots of my car by the lake though. ill post them tonight.

EDIT: didnt see post avove on the need for a clay bar and cant post pics tonight (emailer got lazy on me) it wasnt with my camera so im waiting on a d-bag source. tomorrow.

and f430tech, yea....the crazy dud ewith the headset. he's also in all the pics with the owner of bentley or something and in the vette mags and all that. crazy for sure. made me touch the hood like 8462479564 times to feel if it was dry and made me say wow wow. thats right, not just wow....wow wow. ouch my pride.

Hardly one swirl mark. which is remarkable....or un-remarkable. wakka wakka wakka.

Hardly one? Bro I hate to burst your bubble but I see a lot. Not a big deal as you were waxing and not doing paint correction. Shine looks ok though.

I have just never seen water bead this good though :-P

Zaino FTW! :-P

You've never seen water bead like that before? Do you live under a rock? lol

Uhm I was being facetitous, and yes I have seen water bead that good. When I used Zaino on my mazdaspeed protege...

I understand this. washing your car alone creates swirl marks esp when you use a handle brush. as stated...for a wax it filled in a lot of marks and left the paint craaaazy shiny. at night the car gets so dark and in the sun you get some sick body line shadows. and its def the smoothest paint ive felt. the cleaner wax pulled out just about everything and left it b.e.a.utiful.

and like i said....for something comparable to zaino with a cost of only 40 bucks for a huge bottle of cleaner and wax im not one to complain. plus its super easy to put on and take off if you do it right. ill prob do some paint correction down the road after the winter after next to make sure the paint stays the way i want it to. your paint looks nice too ferrari. sweet.

and to be honest... thats not really even the full sun... there is a ton of clouds blocking it.

i know you see clouds but i promis you the glare and sun was strong. looks like a lot fo clouds but they did nothing. they were super thin. anyways....its good i promise. believe what you will. im not a salesman. i like it. everyone to his own i guess.

Well thanks!!

But the car IS only three months old...but the next time I wash it..hopefully this weekend I plan on doing at least another two coats of Zaino...

It gets deeper everytime...
