UPDATE! Preview of the New Setup.

I have to know, why do people like the stretching and "Hellaflush" look? I think it's pointless and it looks like ass.

i like it from an aesthetics point of view..performance wise its crap.. but i think its something a little bit different and interesting, nice change of pace just depends on the personal preference of the person, nothing more.

if by functional you mean increasing the scrub radius, torque steer, and un-sprung weight while rubbing tires on the the cars sheet metal all to have a certain look, and less money in your bank account then yes that is quite functional

functional meaning the car moves. i can drive it from point a to b and back. the setup will be a daily-able setup. lol and ive taken into account the things that are sacrificed. i dont drive my car like a madman anyways. lmao if ur dumb enough to think that id go with this setup and think it would be the super performance setup. sacrifices are made for the stance! this car is not a racecar. i will build another car for performance duty. this is my daily. and anyone who mods cars knows that cars are a money pit. money is made and money is spent. i just decide to spend my money in the way i see fit.

lol anyways i dont feel i need to explain myself to you any further. youre concerns are noted but you dont matter at all and have no influence on my choices. so for you to say anything is pointless. im gonna do what i want to do. i just post up my progress to show people what im doing. im not here to please anyone but if some people like what im doing then badass!

See, this type of honest response I can respect. I like my cars to be functional, and any modifications I do to them to add to the cars abilities and be tasteful. Something like this takes too much away from the driving feedback for my taste.

lol thats what ive been saying from the start. its for looks no performance at all.

what took you so long to get that from my posts? there was no reason for you to come in here bashing on my thread. noob.

and the reason that im putting all my effort towards looks is because id rather get another car to go full out on performance with. this platform is too unstable and plus you cant do anything with a FWD car thats a tq monster. ive grown out of the drag racing phase and turns are more fun in a rwd. with a car that is half performance and half daily, both halves will dilute the other half. for a daily-able car, performance is sacrificed. for a performance car, daily-ability is sacrificed. so in the end, itll just be a mediocre car. id rather have 1 nice looking daily + 1 track/street car. the ms3 is forever on daily/show duty.

...for your taste. this isnt your car. its mine. if you dont like what im doing then youre in the wrong thread. gtfo thank you.

LMAO...

i would tell you to qoute some of these comments and put them up on your WFC thread. But it would make all us mazda people look like h0m0s... I run semi aggressive/flush, but nothing this extreme, but i can respect it!! Plus mine is a daily hauler since ive got kids..lol

looks like a small dent or something, when my friends miata got a dent on the headlight cover i made a frowney face with two x's for eyes with one of the x's covering the dent.

i could be completely wrong though.

People that are scared to push the limits are the ones at the shows sitting by themselves! I love the aggressive look...flush is wheres its at.
