UnZipHer Mazda2 Build Thread

Irony? You get all butt hurt because they're letting too many people into your little internet club and then tell everyone that you're taking your ball and going home if they wont play by your rules.

And you think I'm trolling, well maybe. I joined this forum because I was reading a thread about the Mazdaspeed drivetrain swap into a Mazda 2, and then there was this guy (you) claiming to have boosted a Mazda 2 already. It's something I had looked into, but hadn't found any info on. Then it turns out you were just talking big and trying to impress your internet nut hangers. Then I read some more of your threads, and you're just a hard parking ricer. You say your car is built for pure performance, but all you've done with it is a couple highway pulls. Everyone on here says "wow that's the fastest P5 ever! Crazy power!" despite you not having any quantifiable measure of the car. No dyno chart, no 1/4 time, no 1/8 time, no nothing. You brag about the money you've poured into your build, but then rip on anyone who spends money on something that doesn't fit with your modding "philosophy".

Anyway, I'm done here. Clearly, there's no one on here who has turbocharged Mazda 2, and this place seems to just be "Ricer Brian and his nut hangers".

In before ban.

Umm, Nobody gives a a s*** about you, Troll

lmao! no idea what i missed!! hahahaha

i just contacted bagriders to check in on the bags. This is the first kit ever being manufactured for a demio so they said it would take roughly 5-6 weeks. it's been 4 or 5 i can't remember... bagriders have crazy good customer service so i should see an email back within a few hours.

I have not. I'm not sure if I will be. I might do a full katzkin interior to keep things comfortable or just leave interior alone all together. I change my mind a lot though haha!

If you do change the seats please put up how you did it.
Dying to change mine and no idea how to disable the airbags then the dash light.

i will. i may take out the passenger seat this weekend just to see what it takes... i'm sure the air bag sensor just plugs in to the bottom of the seat (thats how it was on my Mz3) and the dash light will just have to be covered by tape or something as i believe there is nothing we can do to take the light out of the equation.

One thing to check into a little further also.... I looked at changing out my seats, and i spoke with my dealership (they're very mod friendly.. in fact they've done some of my installs!) and the techs there had a suspicion that if the seat airbags were defeated, it could/would likely disable the rest of the system with the exception of the driver's side steering wheel airbag.

I haven't looked into it further, and they admitted they weren't sure, but I haven't been willing to risk it on my daily driver.

i'll be making a trunk setup that will be very subtle. i want to utilize my trunk as much as possible after the air install

Not sure on the white. I guess I will have to look at it installed in person later and hate on it then, lolz

playing around with getting my trunk setup dialed....

@Corksport: the white tank matches the wheels, so that should tie in nicely once everything is installed.
