Yay Or Gay?
well depends ... on the struts it look good w/ nice mags ... on a civic its gay ... on a mazda could look yay

I dont mind neon as long as one golden rule applies

1) MAKE SURE you cant see the f'in tubes.... I hate people that place them right underneath the side sills to where theyre visible from the side of the car... if you cant hide em, dont place them..

Better make sure you read the label on those. Sometimes they forget to include some screws.

(poke)

I'm just playing.

I have a friend who bought some on closeout and was going to sell me a kit with wireless remotes that changes colors for $100.00

Just becareful when running the naughty colors. I got pulled over for running a tiny 10" blue neon in my front grill. I turned it off when I stopped and the cop just gave me a warning. woot.

yeah and even though I shouldnt have to say this

Blue and red can be used ONLY offroad (IE show use only) you are not allowed to use emergency vehicle colors while driving.

apparently some people confuse blue underglow with blue flashing lights and pull over for lowered civics...

yeah. I was offroad. I was at a friends house showing him the lights. I just forgot to turn them off when I got back on the road. I told the cop that and he let me go.

Took the light off after that.

but seriously, are they considered gay and laughed at?
not if done right. like they said before, make sure you absolutely can NOT see the bulbs.

i say go for it if you can do it nice, i mean by friend owns a green 2000 cavalier z24 lowered, and he has green neon on the sides and front, and it looks absolutly gorgeous

you really can't have them on at all while the car is in motion.. unless you get white/yellow/amber in the front, amber on the sides, and red in the rear.

it's for safety reasons, weird colors are incredibly distracting.

I'd say Fast and Furious gay, but then it's just me. *^_^*

But then... you're like 17 (or 18?), so it's all good. lol~
Have fun!
