Unorthodox racing are famous for their underdrive pulleys,clutches and flywheels etc and make some of the finest in the world,however i don`t know if they have one in development for the MS3,Protege garage could certainly contract them to produce it for them.

although we do have a good relationship with UR, we are going with another mfr on our pulley right now. UR told me they should have something in the next year for all the 2.3 mazdas.
Coming from the Miata world... FI Miata could not run light-weight pulleys do to their oil pumps would desintergrate... Something to do with dampening and vibration...
Do our 2.3s have this issue? Or does not one know since it hasn't been tried yet?
i use to run a ford 2.3 it was the same as a mazda back then. they were the single overhead cams like that 86 model engine and i had like $13,000 in that motor never had a problem with it cuz of pulleys and flywheels i had all billet aluminium pulleys and a 11lb clutch flywheel and pressure plate setup. i want to change the clutch and flywheel on my ms3. it makes a night and day diffrence in response
