Hot air flows better then cold air. Hence why some exhaust go 2.5" to 3" yet still flow well. At least my best idea based on my knowledge.wicked said:thanks,I just didn't know if you had noticed it.
but why would you make the cold side larger,the air would lose volocity,because it is forced from a small dia,when hot,to a larger dia when it is cold,and we all know cold air is denser.
