any updates beau ? release date ?
We are testing the FMIC right now.As it stands we have seen nice gains just by adding our FMIC.We will be dynoing it this week to see what it makes.

The Manifold is in testing as well and our testbed and pre-order guys manifolds will be back from Jethot late next week.
We are looking for 2 more pre-orders.Pre-order guys get the manifold for $825 shipped and are only asked to supply us with there opinon on how it feels and works.

i also would be interested in a pre order manifold, cash is ready. let me know:)
I'm glad I have a different hood or we would have close to the same car:) I guess we both have good taste.

Here are some new camera phone pics of the completed FMIC kit:

very nice.
Beau any plans of making a nice 3 inch downpipe after ur done with the mani and fmic?
u know alot of ppl are still with stock Downpipes.

As of right now we do not.You can not get a true 3" downpipe in there. If run 2 smaller sized pipes then Y them into a 3" then it can be done(GHL and ION both do this). However we are looking at doing a 2.5" downpipe(S-pipe replacement) here soon.

I am very impressed!!!!, I am still curious on the routing of the cai or sri though. Also, MAM, what does it take to be one of those test-bed, parts-trial people that you were talking about in diff threads?

We are rerouting the CAI.The design worked, but we need to change a few things. As for being a testbed it depends on location, mechanical knowledge, attitude and current mods.

I'm in on the 2nd set of pre-order manifolds.
sup, i know u have dg ram air hood. from the pix 505zoom posted u think the air filter box thingy that comes with the hood will fit ?

looks good.can you shed some light on a few things for me and others?

1)any problems with rubbing on the fender hole?(mines routed about the same, and it was an issue for me.)
2)did you support the IC to TB pipe anywhere?
3)bracket for solinoid by throttle,I can't see if you put one or not.
4)did you give up on the clocking the turbo?
5)I don't see a BOV,or BPV
6)when you do the intake,is it going to be high enough to avoid water?
7)are the MAF,and IAT wires going to need to be extended?
8)why did you not run the MAF on the presure side?(I moved mine about 8 months ago, better throttle response, and more accurate reading,
when I did it I thought turbulance would be an issue, but the factory difuser works well.
9)what DIA filter are you going to run with?(I used a 4" filter) turbo to 45 deg 3"transition silicone,to 3" to 4" metaltransition90deg down w/ filter. wanted to keed it as short as posible.

oh yeah, and can we ge some pics of the turbo to intercooler pipe routing?

I'll let you decide. I'm going to say probably not. Here are some pics I just took. Sorry for the dirty engine bay (winter time).

1) No.
2) No, no need with the straight coupler up at the TB.
3) No, it will look better to relocate it.
4) For the most part.
5) You won't be able to see either one even if you do the BOV/BPV setup. Looks cleaner that way. BOV is down low on the turbo--->IC pipe.
6) Yes, by a long shot... best looking intake design I have seen for us by far.
7) No.
8) The MAF was not designed for that. That's great that it works for you, but Beau can't have the risk of people ruining their MAF because of his kit.
9) Pipe diameter is 2.5", and the filter will attach to that.

If you need any further clarification on any of this, please let me know.
