Hi guys just wondering if this DP was any good. I have only seem Cobb and CP-E. Also what si the difference from ver 1 to ver 2? Thanx guys

Also guys I have a completly stock exhaust and would be just looking to bolt this in. Will I have any issues or is this a direct bolt on?

Are you referring to the TurboXS dp/rp combo (catless)? If so, I have this. It's been running about 15,000 miles or so now. I know nothing about version 1 and version 2 of this product as to what may have changed or what is different. Mine fits perfectly and bolts up to the stock CBE without any issues. It is a 3 inch system and uses a nice reducer at the CBE flange.

TurboXS calls this setup "Stealth Back" because you can't see any difference from the back of the car. The exhaust tone remains very similar but it is much louder with the cats missing. I welded another straight through high flow reso in the middle of the rp to reduce the volume and to tame the increased drone at 2500 rpm.

If we're talking about the same product, PM me and I can tell you more.

This mod, combined with a good aftermarket intake, either CAI or SRI will produce very, very substantial power gains on stock tune and with the stock BPV. Boost will jump up under load by about 2 psi, typically spiking to 20-21 and then immediately holding at 17 to 5,800 rpm before tapering as the throttle plate starts closing due to our little turbo being maxed out. You may see 18 psi in cold weather which will bring on fuel/load cut under some conditions, but that goes with the territory on stock tune and is a safety measure I think should be retained for sake of engine life.

You should know that installing a dp is a real b**** on this car because of the tight quarters, but it's very much worth the effort.
