Yea, readjusted his fuel map accordingly and added some timing back in, it pulled even better. He even short shifted at 6000 ish b/c of fear of the stock bpv blowing open again. Guy in 1998 M3 was (boom01) (shocked)

K.. Car goes back together next week.. I will break the clutch in and the DFW guys are already planning another dyno day. I am sure you will see the dyno since you pretty much live on here.

me thinks i'm gonna dyno on that one

Me too. I've got friends in town next weekend so probably can't make it then, but the weekend after I want to go and do 8psi and 10psi runs to see what the difference is.

Anyone know what stock WRX's make to the wheels? It's 230BHP i think, so that would be 200-210WHP or something? I gotta know what it will take to beat my buddy's WRX, so I can prove my penis is bigger, lol.

You guys know if that shop is going to send us copies of the dyno graphs via email or something, and if not, does someone have some contact information so I can request mine? I'm anxious, because I want to post my results for DSMconvert to help me design a new fuel map. I was detonating a bit after 5k (nervous). No more redlining it for me for a while. I'm surprised nothing has happened yet, considering I have been taking it above 5k a lot since I put my AFC in. Moral of the story, don't use a stock map on a significantly modified car. FMIC, intake and ported intake manifold(headshake are apparently enough to **** some s*** up.

Well I asked that when the guy was dynoing my car and he said they keep them on record and if we want a copy we could ask them for another, but it never answered my question as to whether they would email us a copy and the sucky part was he said they lost my paperwork and he had to ask me all of my questions in person, so I hope they make sure and keep a copy of mine.

Yea dude add some fuel from 5500 rpm on up, you're way too lean. You dont need a whole new map, just adjust the certain rpm range points on your controller. You might want to check your spark plug gap also. .030 is a good gap to use. ZFR6FIX-11 Plugs from NGK work well. The only copy is the print out you got after dynoing. Most WRX make 165-190 to the wheels. Sounds low but thats to 4 wheels not just 2.

just going through and adding an update to the posts that had info on my dyno results.
I got an EBC & boost guage installed and I am running 5.5 - 5.9 psi stock...
