Two questions...

Ok so I have two quick questions that I would like answered.

1)What are safe AFRs at WOT? I am seeing 10.6ish in 3rd and 4th gear pulls

2)What would cause backfiring during hard shifts at 6300rpm?

10.6 is safe, even may be a little on the rich side, but very safe. I see similar numbers with my AP.

The popping is just the raw fuel burning once it hits the exhaust system. Since its running rich, a lot of unburned fuel is passing through the cylinders. I experienced this even when I was completely stock.

Yeah I had it happend also but have experienced it more with the AP. I am actually glad to be running a little on the rich side! It just means we have room to work with.
