two productions numbers??

i called up to get my production number on my mp3 and they told me it was #1202...my cars blue and i thought blues were from 1-1000, so i called mazda back today and they told me that my production is #1129....whats up with that....can someone try callin mazda and seeing if they get a different production number???

sounds to me that someone may just be pulling numbers out of their butts just to keep from having to do their jobs....after all....how are you going to dispute the actual number?


if I were you ....I would call again today....make sure you get the persons name you talk to....write down the information ..... wait a few days AGAIN....call....do the same thing....if you get a different production number AGAIN.....THEN find out who within Mazda USA you can write to....and you will have names, dates, and EVIDENCE that their customer service is jerkin you around...and who knows how many others right here in the OUR board.
