Two problems: CX5 sunroof has mind of its own & actuators replaced more than one

Problem 1:
To begin with I've had 2 actuators replaced on my car. Very likely I'll have the driver's side replaced a 2nd time. The sound it makes it very distinctive and I've had it with another vehicle.

I'm now having issues with my key fob unlocking the doors. You can see the red light so I think this is related to the actuator. It takes multiple tries before it unlocks the doors. I've tried both of my remotes and they both do the same thing.

Anyone else have door locks making a loud sound indicating the actuator is going out?

Problem 2:
I rarely use the sunroof so when I do I know I'm opening it. On more than one occasion the sun roof has been opened and not by me manually opening it. Today it happened again.

Suggestions on why the sunroof suddenly opens?

Yep, noisy door lock actuators are a known thing. Had one replaced myself. Probably a bad batch from the supplier. Easy warranty fix. Would be unusual if no door unlocks however. Only symptom I've seen was the noise - it still functioned.

Dunno about the sunroof. Not sure how its possible.

Thank you for your response. I had the driver's side and the one behind it replaced. Literally within a month of replacing the driver's the back door started the same sound. Within a month of having the back door replaced the driver's side started with the same sound again.

I am taking mine in Wednesday for the drivers door. It seems to work fine but is noisy about 3 out of 4 times.

Unlocking my doors with my fob is also hit or miss, often taking 2 or 3 tries, and even though the little red light blinks. I'm pretty sure it's not due to the actuators though, since the car has never failed to unlock by other means (automatically when shutting off the car or with the manual unlock button). I'm not sure that it's a battery or signal thing either since locking the car works flawlessly from impressive distances.

I admit that I'm stumped.
