Two bad rear calipers?

Hey guys, I have an '02 Protege ES. The passenger rear caliper has the issue with the allen key to retract the piston not working, whereas the drivers rear has no such issue. But, in both cases, there are multiple, uneven grooves that go along the surface of the rotor (sign of a bad piston?), in addition they squeak a bit even when I'm not applying the brakes.

I found that the previous owner changed the rear brakes/pads somewhat often. I replaced both pads and rotors on the rears just last year. Do I need new calipers on both sides?

Thanks in advance for any help!

if you replaced both the rotor and pads something has to be wrong with the caliper. I have had problems with my rear calipers too though so I'm interested to hear more on what is going on... bump
