Tweeters protege5 2003 questions!!!!!!

hey guys im looking for a pair of tweeters that fit the stock setup!!!(by that i mean the door ofcourse) anyone have any good suggestions? thanks!

do thay fit correctly?

I can't recall exactly but they will fit into the factory housings with a little hot glue. They are a rather small tweeter at only 3/4" in size.

Get some 3/4" tweets with a 4.7uf cap for each.. better xover then the 1uf that come with the stock ones.

I fit 3/4" eclipse tweeters into the stock location without even removing them from the supplied housing. If removed from the housing I'm sure you could fit up to a 1" tweeter in the stock location. Hot glue works great if they don't stay put.

I also do not recommend simply upgrading tweeters. You should consider a component set and possibly an amp for them to keep up with your bass.

The tweeters aren't sold separately and they don't make the set I have anymore.
