that's what i saw the reply in other Forums:

It is one of 2 things. I have heard people call
turbos "turboboosters" but they are really called "turbochargers". It could also be this gay electric fan that people claim will get you huge gains and its the hottest s*** since habenero but the thing is really just a computer case fan that spins around and doesnt do s***.
