Turboback is squeaking

Ok this is a little lenghty so bare with me. Got my cpe turboback installed thursday on the way home I hear some vibrating but figure its just my stock exhaust in the box. Go out all night to break it in and notice the vibrating is loud and constant that's also when I first noticed the squeaking. I looked under and figured its hitting the heat shield causing it to virbrate. Take it to the shop they say its the heat shield so they push it back less vibrating. NOW it still does both but squeaks allll the time and I was screwin around and noticed if I push the exhaust a certain way it squeaks. Anybody elese have a problem like this??? I'm gonna try and get under and see if I can put in a bracket or something to keep it from moving.

Anybody have any ideas or solutions?

anybody??

i think i found the rattling piece of the heat shield and i noticed that it could possibly be my last exhaust hanger closest to the tip doing most of the metal on metal squeaking

my exhaust squeaks too, i have an HKS catback with a corksport test pipe. the test pipe is whats making it squeak and its the gaskets problem. whenever i acel or decel it squeaks, its the engine moving the exhaust parts and the gasket creating that squeak.

It could be as simple as retightening everything.

Once the modified exhaust system heats up and cools down a few times, things move and loosen. The bolts need to be retightened and alignment checked for any rotation or movement of the tubing.

That should be done anyway with any aftermarket exhaust system, including also a check for leaks, even if it does not move into contact with a heat shield or causes a hanger to rub against something, IMHO.

The guys that did the install should do this for you without charge. They know that heat cycling the new exhaust commonly causes this.

where is this exhaust gasket, connecting to the exhaust manifold?

and i think im just gonna go to a local exhaust shop and say listen can you just toss this up on the lift and tighten my exhaust bolts and make sure everything lines up..cause i dont feel like driving an hour just to get a couple bolts tightened

I noticed that my CS mid pipe is squeaking like crazy too. I have tried the gasket fix...I even replaced the gasket....Still squeaking. I'm wondering if a different mid pipe would be better. The TurboXS mid pipe has the capability to flex and I'm wondering if my squeaking would go away with this part?
