Turbo-timer??

Ok well i have searched multiple times and to no avail can i find anyone with a speed 6 gt with a turbo timer? Any extra complications due to the keyless ignition? I could prolly rip my column apart and see myself but figured i'd ask 1st. Thanx

there is no need for a turbo timer on this car. the turbo is both oil and water cooled. all you have to do is either stay out of boost before you park or sit in the car for an extra 15-30seconds. if you can't manage that then i guess wasting money on a turbo timer is for you, but i would use that money for something worth while.

Thats tru, i was looking at a boost controller/turbo timer combo, just wanted to know incase i want to take advantage of the other feature.

how far do you plan on taking this car in aspects of performance?

As far as possible without having to beef up the engine internals.

i'd say get some bolt-ons then get the cp-e ems. or get the ems first. it can be used to tune and also like a electronic boost controller only the way it handles boost is far more advanced than a regular ebc.
