are there any advantages or disadvantages between different companies? or do they all pretty much work the same... if anyone has one which ones do you have and do you like the one that you purchased?

White Mazdaspeed 3 ftw!

Well turbotimers aren't really necessary for a Mazdaspeed 3 due to the way it cools the turbo down. If you still want to get one I would recomend getting an alarm with one built into it. Turbo timers get annoying when you shut the car off and want to lock up you can't arm it with the keyfob due to the fact the car is still running. So if you get one built in to it I am sure they are designed so it arms as soon as it shuts off.

With the alarm/remote start that has a turbo timer ( I have a CompuStar but not a speed3 ), it will arm the locks when you close all doors after getting out. Then the car will shut down after the alotted time.
