Stage is 4 is done! I will take the pics tommorow and try to post them on the tech forum, if that does not work they will be posted here in this forum like stages 2&3.

The turbo and manifold is mounted on the car and it looks reaally sweet. I will be installing the down pipe and intercooler piping today(I just go them powder coated).

After stage 4 is completed all thats left to do is install the link ecu and tune it on the dyno. This will take longer than expected maybe a week or to because, I ran out of money!! I will be waiting for my next paycheck so I can get my tuner to work his wonders on my car.

On another subject, I heard that bell had there prototype turbo running on an MP3 and when they hit the 200hp mark the engine blew the head gasket. Not good. This makes me more cautious and perhaps I will only run 6psi untill I know the exact details of this and what happned.

Sounds good, pics soon please :), as for the Bell project..that sucks ass. I wonder if they will be sending us a replacment head gasket in thier kits or if the motor is just too weak to handle the power. Hopefully it can be fixed with a stronger head gasket, Hopefully.

Just want to input something here.

For the Focus, some guys were blowing their engines with 170whp andon the other hand, one guy that made a kit is running 300whp on STOCK INTERNALS, his secret, fuel and timing.

He custom burns a chip for the ECU that increases fuel and retards timing as the rpm/boost rises.

So he is at 18PSI of boost on a STOCK ENGINE.

The other guys had blown connecting rods because of not enough fuel, the engine don't like that! :)

BTW spoolinMP3, Good work dude, I am gonna be putting my own kit together in MArch. sourcing the parts right now. I can't wait!

spoolin, if this thing works out really well for you, you should go into business selling it all as a kit! If you need someone to build you a website to sell it on, email me!

Mr. SpoolinMP3, I have been working closely with Corky Bell of Bell Engineering and I am on the phone with him AS WE SPEAK! His company has not even begun to start production yet! They are still working on which vehicle will be used for their prototype. Whomever told you this, is very sadly mistaken.
