I think 15K is a damn good price...Blue Book on the car is probably around $12K and he's got a good $10K in mods. If u dig it, buy it.

10 k in mods? I'd guess in upwards of 15 or more but I'm sure sponsors helped with the tab just a touch ;-). That's nobody's car and he hasn't logged in in quite some time right?
