Turbo install finally done! Thump this GT30R baby!

Red Pro 5
Well it took forever to get the bugs out but it is done.

To quell all the questions about turbos here is the skinny:

1. The emanage works perfectly fine with the MSP and P5 Ecu with no problems whatso ever.

2. Learn as much as you can and take your time when messing with this crap.

3. When you get it way over your head...call an expert.

In our story today the masters at Silverstone Motorsports and par non the best I have ever seen. Raymond Cheung, owner, has over 15 years experience under his belt, national sponsorship and knows every freaking component under the hood. His team are professional and will NOT RIP YOU OFF. Secondly, Emanage, and electronic master Albert is just brilliant with the emanage!

Posting pictures and can answer any questions for you. I still need to find a way to make the tires stick to ice and snow...lol

So far we are pushing 8-14 psi and moving like a MF...this turbo is capable of much more but we will hit the dyno next week.

Congrats, the e-manage can be overwhelming at first but as soon as you

start to get familar with it it is a piece of cake. BTW what is your HP goal and

also what size injectors are u running?

Goal...still toggling with the forged internals or not...I m just about done messing with it.

Id like to get 400+ Hp and currently running 440CC injectors. The only issue so far now is getting the tires to stick...

so.........I don't see internals in your SIG,this can't be on a stock MSP engine.

please say no.....

Dont upgrade the signature, upgrade internals.

You are going to blow up that engine @ 14psi

I always thought the general consensus was the emanage flat out did not work with any variant of protege ecu...

hey jeff, congrats on getting it all together and up and running. i hope the poor, weak rods can handle that punishment. i would save for forged if i were you.
we really have to get together some day since to my knowledge your the only turbo p5 in edmonton. i'd love to see how you have all your coolant and oil lines hooked up.

makes me jelous. could you tape the dyno session for me? id like to see the motor blow up with 14psi on stock internals(headshake

Well, the max horsepower we have seen on the stock fsde is 267whp @15psi (wrx turbine) running 12deg of ignition timing.

If you want to keep the motor in one piece I suggest you do a lot of retard on the ignition so the rod doesnt receive a lot of stress.

We run 14deg on the 12psi miltons protege with over 260whp but with forged rods, we dynoed it with 297whp on 15psi.

Absolutely...call me anytime..9295225

and yes currently the profec boost is only set to 8.5 psi...no 14 until forged

Awesome advice...so after retarding the timing were you able to run 15psi safely on stock internals or did you have to go forged?

^^ buddy, just save up for forged internals. I'd like to see you and Nick run this summer. You coming down for mazda in the mountains again Jeff?

What compression ratio? Forged pistons too?

Its not safe, its a timebomb, you have to monitor everything, a 2-3sec knock event can or should I say; it will most likely send your rods to the ground.
