Tuning questions

I just did a motor swap in my protege. My first one ever, and i did that myself(and a friend). So i'm pretty proud. The car runs good it pulls hard because i turboed it also. My FMU has a 12:1 disk in it and i have the high flow fuel pump so i'm running really rich. By putting a 7:1 disk in will it stop the motor from shaking so bad. It feels like its hesitating. I know that i need the mpi to tune it properly but will the smaller ratio of the disk help because the motor shakes EVERY thing. I can hear my exhaust shaking and hitting under the car and the back bumper? How do you know if you have a bent axel because when i stop my passenger side tire makes and odd noise and i problem with putting that axel back in?
 
what do you mean bye motor swap? what did you put into what year protege?

about the A/F,you will have a lot easier time tuning the car if you run with the MPI,and secondary injectorz.
 
ORiginal FS 2.0 motor back into the car, IHI VF22 turbo kit, greddy boostcnotroller and turbo timer. Autto meter boost gauge, NGK spark plugs(1 step colder) Magnecore wirers. High flow fuel pump, FMU, 2.5 exhaust. There's probably other things that i'm forgetting right now but basically everything you need. Oh and a huge ass Front mount inter cooler its got like 2 and three quarters piping. H.p goals 3-5 hundred will the MPI hold that. or will i need something like the halteck ecu for the car? oh and the RFL blow off valve(i love that thing)
 
300-500 hp !?!? Get ready to spend the $. You will need new LSD, axles, etc, etc and much more... oh.. and a built motor if you don't already have that.
