same here. where did you find those housings by the way? i can't find aftermarket P5 housings in black.

and is P5 headlights a direct swap on an MSP? how much do you have to change for hi-beams?

It is a direct swap as far as the headlights go, but you gotta do a little bit of wiring. It's pretty easy though, I think you just ground the hi-beams and that's it.. but I'm not sure. There's a thread about it in the How-To section I believe but I do know it's really easy cuz I planned on doing it to my MP3.

No it doesn't include that HID kit itself. That price is for the parts and labor.

I purchased my 55watt DS2 5000k HID Kit from lightwerks for 199$

well, doesnt take away from the awesomeness of the results.

by the way, you just did a generic ccfl ring, right? i know they made some for the p5 a while ago (set of 3 per light) but im not sure if theyre still in production. to get just one ring id assume you got a generic one...?

While the results are absolutely fantastic .. I don't think I could ever bring myself to spend a grand on headlights alone.

Yeah, it's of those mods you have to really want. And I did. I wanted to have something a bit rare, so I treated myself. But the result was more than worth it. I don't regret it.

All the parts in the retrofit were provided by lightwerkz. Who his suppliers are, I don't know.

Cause they're sedan lights, p5 lights are alot more expensive, I myself have these exact ones he has posted.
