Trunk Space Question

Can you fit a boogie board into the Mazda3 Hatchback sideways like you do in the sedan? Cause I go to the beach every summer and it'd suck like hell knowing the hatchback can't fit boogie boards without having the rear seats folded down.

Do you already own a hatch or a sedan. If you are looking to buy, take a boogie board with you to try it out before buying. I bought a hatch based on fitting a cooler easier in the hatch vs the sedan. Hope this helps as I don't have a true answer for you. Also depends on the size of your boogie board.

yeah, definitely just take ur boogie board with you to the dealer, you'd be often surprised how they don't mind "requests" like these, For example, I always take a gym bag and a couple cd's with me to a dealership to see what the gym bag looks like in the trunk, backseat etc, and the cd in order to try out the sound system
