Troubleshooting: Power door locks

I have the following problem:

2004 Mazda 3s 5-door. Power door locks won't lock but they WILL unlock. I've tried the key fob and both the driver and passenger door switches. I can unlock all doors using each method above. and I can unlock just the driver door using the key fob as usual. It seems to me I have a bad relay or fuse or possibly a short (hopefully not the latter), since only that one circuit is not working. My question is, does anyone know where I can find the interior fuses/relays that control this circuit so I can test them. Alternatively, any other advice will also be appreciated.

The fuses are under the globe box ,cover with plastic pieces and it calls PJB above passenger feet .

There are two fuse/relay boxes. One is in the engine compartment on the driver's side, the other is behind the glove box above the passenger footwell.

-Look behind the glove box.
-Grab the black plastic cover and pull down to remove
-uscrew two thumbscrews to release the PJB and it will drop down.

Thanks for the help.I've found both fuse boxes and checked all the fuses. No luck there. Anyone have a wiring diragram?

Thanks again for any further help.

P.S. In case anyone else has the same issue and is afraid of break ins because they can't lock the hatch, there is a small, almost round cover in the lower middle of the interior rear hatch door panel (right on the other side of the handle mechanism). If you pry this off, you can see a white plastic toggle inside. Moving this toggle all the way to the passenger side engages the lock.
