i own a 2004 mazda 3 and i started having problems the other day with it not goin into 4th gear when it reaches forth gear the rpm guage just revs up and my AT light comes on and it will stay in third gear goin about 20 try to go to 4th but will just rev and i stop and put into park then go again it will shift good till goin into 4th then start all over again i have a automatic transmission the fluid is good i had the code reader on it and its coming up i have a problem with a shift solenoid stuck open can n e one tell me n e more about this besides what i mentioned is it a big job can i get at the solenoids by just removing the pan and filter and will ths or should this fix the problem the car only has 102 196 km onn it thxs hope to here somthin soon well i took it to a transmission guy was told i had a couple burnt out cluthes it was cheaper to buy a second hand tranny which i did with only 70 000 kms and still have all the same problems any suggustions plzzz help me out allready spent 1500 and still nothing
