Transmission Oil

Ok, I'm replacing my clutch this sat. and I was wondering what would the best viscosity, brand, of tranny oil I should get? I do drive my car a little hard, and it has 123,2XX miles on it so I need somthing that will make my transmission last but still alow me to drive alittle hard ever once and a while.

i had mine done at the dealership because i baby the s*** out if her but if i dogged often enough i would use Amsoil Synthetic.
