Transaction feedback notification

I just got half a dozen e-mails about someone here leaving negative transaction feedback to another user, neither of them being me. Really? I don't need one, let alone six.

iTrader malfunctioned for some reason and sent out those notices automatically...We've since turned iTrader OFF on Mazdas247.com until we can figure out what happened...We may never use it again.

Not really...what was wrong with it, any idea why it malfunctioned...can it be fixed...it is on nearly every forum I am on and I have never heard of problems on them with it...
