TPMS Reset not working? 2013 CX-9

Hi, mine is a 2013 CX-9. The tire pressure light came on and I replaced all my TPMS at Costco. Followed the direction in the manual to register the TPMS ID: Turn ignition to ON, then ACC, then OFF. Wait for > 15 min then drive > 16mph for 10min. Nothing happened! the pressure light still flashing and stay on. Do I have to drive > 16 mph constantly (w/o stopping) for > 10 min? What can I do? thank you!

Same issue with my 2011. Had a 2016 CX-9 totaled due to hitting a deer. Took the 20” wheels off the 2016 and put them on the 2011. Had a rotate and balance last evening at a local tire shop and asked if the could reset the TPMS light because it blinks at start up and eventually goes to steady on. Their computer gave same instructions listed in previous post. Tried it last night and this morning with no success. Computers are pretty precise so the “wait about 15 minutes” step is a joke. The computer has a specific time required to get into “reset mode” and I’m sure at some specific time, it ignores the ignition sequence without starting the engine. Someone knows.
