Touring factory rims?

If anyone is interested, I am looking to sell my brand new 2016 touring rims for $500. I live in Oregon, so preferably to someone in Oregon or Washington.

It is in the garage. With the holidays and we were gone a couple of times from home, did not have time to install it.
Now, my windshield is cracked. I will have to deal with that now. Then I'm considering reinforcing the front, to don't have another windshield crack.
