Top Boot Won't Stay In Place!

Here is the question of the day. How does one keep the convertible top "Boot" attached to the car, especially along the grooved back portion? I install it just as I am supposed to but within a few minutes it has pulled out of the groove and is flapping in the breeze! I actually have two of these boots and neither stays put, so I am assuming that either I am attaching it wrong OR the car has a problem with the attachment points. All snaps stay snapped and all "buttons" stay hooked. The only issue is the grooved track, it just doesn't hold onto the plastic edging on the boot. Suggestions requested please!

Are you snapping the underside straps around the soft top frame? That seems to put enough tension on things to make it a bit of a stretch to get the outer edges of the boot into the grooved track.

Thanks rstange1, I will try wrapping those straps around the frame in a different way to see if that indeed resolves my issue.

There's also a spring clip back behind each of the seats (similar to the one right by the edge of the door) that really prevents things from flapping around in the wind.
