surprise surprise the MSP (and p5..) is not on the list.

in SCC's own test, MSP whomps on several cars that are on the top 100 list.....yet those cars places as high as 46 in this list and the msp didnt make it.....(scratch)

its a list of 100 so most of the cars you are looking for may be and probably are on the list somewhere (FC, 240) but i just grabbed a few significant ones that made it silly for the MSP not to be and some big names that ppl would be curious about. dont have the mag in front of me now so i cant tell you where those 2 wound up

i think its funny how the mp3 was one of the top 10 best handling cars road and track ever tested, the mazdaspeed has the same suspension and the power that all the testers asked for but yet niether are on the list but somehow the o2 spec-v that didnt handle as well as the mp3, was barely faster, and had a tendency to suck the catylitic converter into the engine made the list. Lets rush the SCC offices with picth forks and lanterns.

Well, to be fair the Protege has what? 130 some odd HP? For a modern "sporty" car that is kind of low.

the list isn't comprised because of horsepower. they take in all the aspects of the car such as handling, utility, fun to drive, and power. even though the P5 has about 130hp crank, it's still more fun to drive than a 227hp WRX.

And the Civic which was ranked as the #2 greatest of all time has how many hp stock?

Oh and the stock Protege will out handle a stock Civic to boot.
