Hey everyone,

Just picked up my GT/AWD on Friday and have a few questions on the navi,

1) anyway to turn off the agree screen that comes up whenever I use the GPS?
2) What do I say when I want to drive to a stored favorite? For example the name is John Smith? Do I just say "Diver to John Smith"
3) After updating the maps and software last night today I was driving home and got an message saying that there was public parking near my destination (I live by a mall) how do I turn this off?

Thanks

1) No, unless we get a programmer to somehow rewrite the software codes.
2) Forgot the specific command for that as I never use that option. I know it exist, so read the menu on the screen when you say "navigation" after pushing the voice commander button.
3) Navigation menu.

Welcome!

1: not unless you can get rid of all teh lawyers
2: 'drive to favorite' say list number of favorite 'list number'
3: check the settings, its in there somewhere

1. There are 2 screens. 1 is agree and the other is a sharing one. the sharing info one can be disabled and the agree screen goes away as soon as you start to drive.
2. I think its easier to just hit favorites and select the destination without using voice.
3. This can be useful for sporting events and such to take you to a specific parking lot. Not sure id want it disabled.

Thanks!

Just two more I promise

1) is there a way to always re-route because of traffic with out having it ask and me replying?
2) is the night mode tied to the headlights turning on? Last night the auto lights came on a bit early (I raised the threshold) and the nav switched to night mode and was hard to see cause it was not dark yet. Will changing the auto light setting fix this? or does it go by clock?

Thanks!

If the car lights come on the car assumes its dark so the head unit switches.

There is a setting in the nav to either prompt or automatically reroute based on traffic.

Ok I lied, another question. :)

I got my first call while using the Nav and to my dismay the voice guidance no longer spoke while on the call. Is there a setting that I don't see that will allow the voice to speak while on a call?
