To those with the Turbolife/Perrin FMIC

Straight from the CS website..

And to answer the OP's question, I don't see any major problems with it. I use the Injen as a SRI with the Turbolife and it works fine.. the piping of the CS intake doesn't look much different. The only thing that doesn't make sense about the CS CAI is the way the recirculation nipple is facing? You'll have to figure something out about that if you plan on using the stock BPV.

^^^

i concur, i had the perrin with the injen and it had plenty of space

You shouldnt have any issue with clearance. Ull need a 3/4" extension tubing to reroute ur bpv. I got a pic of my setup if u need an example.

Heres the best pic i got. It doesnt show the bpv but u can see the routing of the tube. (thumb)

Does the length of the bpv line matter? i.e. is it better to have a short route from cold pipe to intake?

Also, are all turkeys alike?

meaning do the samco, forge, and stock bpv sound the same?

no, you wanna keep it short, but lenght does not matter

and yes, they all sounds VERY alike... just perform differently

Alright, well i read somewhere on here that the Turbohoses intake does not create the turkey sound, whereas most other cai or sri do. Does anyone know why this is so?

i think that intels wrong soldier...

turkey is not produced by the intake.... its amplified by it

New question

Nipple is on the cold pipe

I want to use the Boost Sicences RDV only (no bov, dual setup)

Stock is on Hot side

Still possible??

No sense is using a CAI at all. This is why you have a intercooler. CAI IMHO are only good for NA cars, and even then they're kind of hokey.
