To much boost

Zuku relocate MAF on cold-pipe, it will be working properly?? I made picture of that can you tell I'm think correct:

Actualy:

After relocation???

And if i make relocation were put IAT sensor?? after turbo or after MAF??

Yep that drawing is exactly how it should look. The pipe that has the BOV should be red though not blue since it's the hot pipe, but you have it correct. Intake-->Turbo--> BOV--> intercooler--> MAF--> Intake manifold/motor

As far as the the IAT sensor goes..that one is attached to the airfilter box right?? I have it just zip tied out of the way in the engine bay. I had stuffed it into the air filter itself up along with the pipe under the coupler, but was told it really doesn't matter so I just zip tied it out of harms way.

I would prefer to have it reading something at least AROUND the air entering the intake... If it was totally irrelivant, why did mazda waste the time and energy? with a turbo I wonder how much it really matters anyway, but... for the sake of it I have my in my cone filter...

I have one doubt about relocation, does MAF will work correctly. When it was befor turbo there was vacuum/underpressure and now will be after turbo where is presure/boost. Does the readings will be good for ECU, and will it adapt to relocation??

And how does it work on this cars (pics), MAF before turbo, hard pipes, bov on cold pipe:

I can't too well in the pics but both of those cars may be running the dual set-up which can be learned about here: http://www.mazdas247.com/forum/showthread.php?t=123711609&highlight=kill+turkey

It's been proven that the MAF can withstand life on the cold pipe. A few years ago it was questionable, but now that some of these cars have been in this set-up for a long time, everything seems ok

That's explain everything ;) Thanks alot Zuku you have big BEER, give sign when you'll be in Poland (drunk)

so then you just adjust the turbuckle to move within that range...

I don't know what you mean by turn buckle. inside there is a blue plastic cap that holds the spring in place it screws on. I loosened it and boost can down I tightened it and boost went up. It addeds or decreases pressure itself internally on the spring

The turnbuckle is the part on the end of the rod that slips over the post on the waste-gate flapper post. You should be able to achieve the same effect as what you did by threading that piece in or out but it should be a much quicker and easier job.

As far as the growing reputation of our waste-gate having issues, I've only come across 3 or 4 people that are having problems. Zuku being one of them, his problem ended up being something else and I've offered to send replacements to the rest a month or so back. So I'm beginning to think the reputation is unfounded.

If anyone has any issues with any Forge products please contact me directly at patrick@forgemotorsport.com

I'm still having the issue, and will find out the true cause once we get the HKS SSQV on instead of the know off I'm running now. That's the only reason I haven't taken you up on that offer....We'll that and the fact that I don't have another car to drive while I send you mine and you send one back, and since I'm on-call in my ER 24-7 I have to always have a car available.

Thanks Pat. I'm just waiting on Ken to order and send me the Black SSQV, so I can get a verdict
