For those of you with the ETS 3.5 in core. Is it too big and hit the fire wall on hard shifts? Does the motor mount fix this like they say?

Does the ETS have the same boost tube problems the SU one is having?

Was looking to get some one step colder spark plugs at the same time. NGK or Denso?

I have NGK plugs and like them a lot.
As far as the intercoolers go i have the SU one with boost tubes and have no problems with fitment of tubes or hitting of the intercooler in hard shifts.
I've heard the SU intercooler has better welds and fit then the ETS, but also that if you do end up going with the 3.5 ets the motor mount will fix the problem.

i have a ets 3.25 inch no problems. i have su boost tubes. i went with denso cause there stock gap was what cobb wanted. ngk are good but be ready to gap them.

The SU TMIC's core is 3.18 inches thick. Mark from SU told me that the rear tube fitment issues affect both the ETS and the SU TMICs. He says its a "50-50 chance that they'll fit well".

FYI: I believe ETS doesn't make the 3.5 inch any more.
