i need new shoes for my mp3 sittin on stock 17x7 racing harts. what is a good tire size that some of u have found to be good.i have 215/40 now i was wanting 215 40 will they fit.

I bought some BFG g-force T/A KDW's and LOVE THEM! I had toyo proxes 4's on the fronts before and needed new tires for the rear. I went with the g-force in a 205/45 17 and can tell a huge difference in traction with these over the toyo's. I paid 305 mounted and balanced with road hazard for 2.

I also have BFG KDW's NTs (the new tread), not sure about you Freak.. and like Freak here I LOVE THEM too!! nutty tire man.. hahaha but mine are 215/40... the wider tire feels a little different when steering.. but i find it's all worth it when you get into that corner at high speeds.

i have BFG g-force T/A KDW2's on all four corners and love them. very nice stickyness. do not use these in the winter.

I personaly like 215/40s better.. too much sidewall doesnt look good on a slick rim.

Yeah, I've got the NT, didn't realize it meant "new tread." But I love the flame look of the tread. Hands down the best tire I've owned. Some ppl complained about noise, but I've got over 3500 miles on them and don't notice them, so they're not louder than most other tires.

I found they are louder then my previous tire.. but I dont mind it. Its not like my winter tires loud...
