**** yes i know this well. having to chase down all those possibilities is a b****. you can only do so much untill you need to hook it up to a WDS to save your sanity.

Could be low octane fuel or water in fuel, bad gas most likely... Besides the O2 sensor...
 
I found out why mine was throwing the code. The diaphram on the Waste gate acuator is bad causing it to not hold vaccum. Try replacing the WGA b/c their is a tech service bulliten about that.
 
i had the code.. and i fixed it. so first thing to do is get some electrical cleaner or something, its just pressurized air in a bottle and clean ur maf off cause of the k&n is probably putting oil on it( so its reading wrong) and then replace ur wastegate with the atp one for only like $59, and get ur vaccum lines replaced with nice silicone ones.. ive never thrown that code since i did all of this
