Tire

I just got a hold of some Continental 17" tires, (mostly found on BMW) and i was wondering if they could be put on my car and run both effiecntly and safely?!! I think they are 17" P205s? ANy help please??

Need more info. Get the entire sidewall reading if you can and post it.

i.e. are they 205/55/16 or what?
