tire question

hi all! sorry for this dumb question. I really don't know anything about cars. So here goes.

I have 44K km on my 08 mazda 5 and I see a red and blue line in the middle of the tire. Is this the wear indicator? should I replace them now?

Thank you for your help!

look between the tread blocks (in the grooves) across the tires. there are raised rubber bumps in the grooves in a few different areas. The tires are worn out when the rubber bumps are at the same height as the tread surface.

I never had the Toyos, but generally the colored lines running the length of the tread appear to be manufacturer markings and are to be ignored by the customer. The wear bars KBrian mentioned arent noticable until the tires area bout 1/2 worn. When they are almost worn out (IF the tires wore evenly across the entire width of the tread) the werar bars will look like they are part of the tread pattern, except they are horizontal across the width and are kinda prominent.

I checked my tire and saw the bumps that you guys mentioned. It looks like my stock tires still have some life left in them for now. Thank you for the help.
