tints

Also, it's good idea to roll down the driver's window BEFORE the cop gets out of the car. They appreciate the ability to see your hands, and are less likely to think about the tint (since their view isn't ubstructed and can't see the now-rolled-down window anyway).

Oh I know. Whenever I have ever been pulled over I roll down all my windows haha. Only once was I pulled for my tint alone, rolled my windows down and he still wanted to rate them...it was 12.5%...FYI when tint dries it gets darker.

i'm at 35%. i've had tint this dark for the last 10 years. as long as you don't attract attention, they leave you alone.

call Jon at Bullitt Proof Performance. if you tell him you are part of the cleveland6club, he will hook you up. he's done just about all of our cars.

wheres this place at? do u remember how much it cost for him to do urs? if u wanna PM the price thats fine too. i called the guy that did my brother n cousins evo and wrx. he went down from 280 to 210 for me wit a lifetime warranty so thats not too bad

You have the springs I want. Your back end looks low though... And what temp are you fogs?

Those pictures were taken the day I put them on and they hadn't settled yet, plus I think the angle of the pictures adds to the uneven effect. The springs sit even front and back now. I have had them on 5 months.

The fogs aren't HIDs. They are halogen just colored to "match". They are close in color but pretty much useless. Can't even tell when I have them on. They are 55W and made by Hoen.

20% all around goes for $150 w/lifetime warranty here in Louisville, from a reputable shop. Trying to decide between that and for $50 more the chrome-to-black tint. I've seen it on some cars that weren't some variation on silver and wondered, why? My neighbor has it on a 5 series BMW that is roughly the same color as my speed6 and it looks awesome. What do you think? (I should post a picture of the BMW...)

i personally am not a fan of the two tone tint or whatever u wanna call it.
i dont like the mirror effect, or the white.
i just like plain old black tint, i think it changes the car entirely and gives it a really bad ass look

you'd lose the "sleeper" aspects..

you'd lose the "sleeper" aspects..

Yeah, I'm finding it harder to stick to that mantra the deeper I get into this. The only badging on my car at this point are the front and rear "flying m's". A kid asked me the other day if it was a Lancer. Actually he said, "Wow, that's really sharp...What is that, a Lancer?" So right now I'm sooo far into sleeper mode that I'm starting to feel a little....neglected.:(
