Tien or Tokico?

what do you think is a better bet for a street/some strip and autox (i currently have eibach prokits)

for about the same price, i could get tien basic (non adjustable coilovers) or tokico illuminas (5 way adjustable) for about the same price (and use the prokits)

what would be a better bet?

the mazdaspeed arn't the same as the illuminas are they?
