Throttle Body Chaos

:
2008 Mazda3 i Touring
You guys might be able to help me out. First post!

I have a 2008 Mazda3 and just recently put an SRI on. The SRI works great but starting the other day I started to hear a very loud high pitched whine coming from the black box on my throttle body. It's so loud I can even slightly hear it over the engine running when I'm in the car.

To make sure that it was coming from the throttle body I decided to unplug the throttle body connector while the car was in ACC mode (engine off). The sound abruptly stopped with a click. I then plugged the connector back in and went to look in the car and saw a check engine light. Did I just damage my throttle body? What the heck is this whining? Did adding the SRI do this? I'm pretty sure the throttle body didn't make any noise before I put the SRI on.

This caused 4 DTCs:
P2135 Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A / B Voltage Correlation
P0223 Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor B Circuit High Input
P0222 Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor B Circuit Low Input
P0123 Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor A Circuit High Input

I cleared the codes and they haven't returned yet. The car seems to drive fine. I can't really tell. Throttle response might have decreased but I could just be imagining it. Also I have 10,000 miles left on my warranty (extended TotalCare).

Any ideas?

The black box is the motor housing for opening that flapper in the throttle body. Sounds like its struggling to open and grinding on itself. Email the guy at cordova motorsports. He seems to know a lot about throttle bodies on these engines.
