2007 Mazda6 s,
Alright, was it just Mazda that wanted to make this nearly impossible to replace on my 07 Mazda6?

Anyone have any idea about if I have to completely remove the air box on the driver side, and any idea about what I have to do on the passenger side to get to the 194 bulb? I've been looking at the mazdatech for the 194 replacement how-to for the Mazda6's... but it is different from what I have. I'm really hating the fact that they want me to take the car to the dealer to get these bulbs replaced.. I'm feeling nearly inept just because I can't figure out how to get to the bulb...

Anyone have any ideas?

You're still having trouble with that bulb? Jeez. 6" needle nose and patience are what I used.

hehehe... do I hear an install meet coming up? I got a pair of 1157 bulbs that I've been meaning to install... but I gotta take the whole front fascia off... so Obiwan... I know what you're going thru.

I've got some pretty big meat hooks and it just took the right angle to get that bulb out.

I've heard for me to swap low beam HIDs, I'm looking at pulling the entire front bumper off to get at it.

no... from what I heard, to get access to the turn signal bulbs, I have to remove the fascia... I'll see if i can take a pic of the location as soon as I get off of work... btw... sears computers suck... slow as hell and the page isn't working right :(

Alright, so I finally removed the whole airbox to get to it. Things went smooth... I was swapping them out with LED's. Only one problem.. when I went to install the passenger side one... the bulb actually popped out and is now rattling around in the headlight fixture.

Anyone have a freaking CLUE how I can get in there and get it?

Jeez man, I really feel bad for ya with these bulb issues. Only thing I can think of is a small magnet, maybe you can pick it up with that. Otherwise you're gonna be pulling the headlamp off to get it out.

Already tried that... I figured as much... but yes, its just my luck. However, I'm starting to finally feel a little more comfortable with pulling things off on that. I'm going to try to use a little grabber this afternoon if someone in the manufacturing office has one.

The one side with the LED looks great though :)

If the little grabber doesn't work, try a piece of bubblegum (or other sticky substance) on the end of a wire. If that still doesn't work, you'll probably have to pull off the entire assembly and shake it out.
