2010 Mazda Axela
So I have a friend who's dad owns a shop that does custom work on VW's and they are branching out to do other cars. I've been talking to him and his dad about getting my 2010 Black Mica Mazda3 painted a different color. I'm thinking about black with large green metallic fleck in it. There shop is called Airkooledkustoms and they do amazing job or restoring old cars and paint and modifications and so on. I am really thinking about it because I would like to make my car look better once I start doing all my mods. Idk how much it will be yet, need to finalize some things and then get all the money for it, but I will be out of a car for a while. I would prefer to do this while I'm in basic and pick her up when I come back home for a few days. I know I will have there logo and name on my car because it's something they do as a trade mark on all cars they do. I'm sure it will be a good bit of money but it's worth it for how good there work is. I will keep you guys informed on what is going to happen and such.

best thing to help you decide is to get a graphic design on a pc so u see how it will probably look when finished. Thats the route that I would take, just to make sure that I like the finishing product before it's at the point of no return.

If you decide to go through with it, then...
POST PICS!!! haha :)

Given that a full, quality respray runs at least $5K-6K, I don't see why you would have to pay more than $2K. Unless you're cool with giving someone free advertisement. They could potentially make thousands just from your car driving around with their logo, why should you pay full price (if anything at all)?

I must agree. If the shop wants to put a logo/advertisment on my car they would have to give me one hell of a deal.

Well it's gonna be about 3k for the whole car. But I'm gonna be putting it on the back burner and doing that when my car is almost done being modded.

If you want to do it and have the money to do it then go for it. Its your car and if that's what you want to do you should do it.
