But get online and find 50 cars with mb weapons.. Find 50 cars with xxr 002's find 50 cars with civickilka's wheels.... But go online and try not to find thousands of cars with rs's... Yea you can buy $2000 dollar wheels and spend hundreds more and rebuild them with new barrels to look somewhat different...but in the end it's still the same wheel.. I just think they are played out...
You see more people with rs's then battles and people on here say those are played out.. I will say you don't see allot of Mazda's with rs's though..

It's not the particular wheel... it's how it flows with the car.

Doesn't matter if it's something your neighbor has, and his uncle, and his friends all rock...

What matters is that it looks damn good on your ride.

But then again, I have Battles, and a set of RS's in a state of tear down right now.

You are completely right and I shouldn't have made the comment I did.
As said many times: different strokes for different folks

Getting the new tire mounted and I'm now at -5 offset and cut the gap out of the wheel well also went to -5* of camber in the rear finally

Future warning fire anyone wanting to stretch...run from kumho... A 205 on an 8in rim doesn't stretch at all it's just flat. Don't know if the tires are any good yet but anyone on 9's these seem to be about the same as a normal 215 so it might be a money saver haha

Pics will be added tomorrow I won't have it mounted till later tonight

Ummm 205mm is 8" which is why you have no stretch. You need 8.5 or wider to get a good stretch unless you can find some 195s or something.

Note all pics going to be added are of 205's and tell me there is no stretch on the first pics (falken 512's)

Why not stick with the same tires as before or go skinnier to avoid the hassle?

On a side note is the ready out too far?
<a href="http://www.flickr.com/photos/69766646@N07/7173998108/" title="Untitled by INeedMoarLow, on Flickr"><img src="http://farm6.staticflickr.com/5111/7173998108_18f466a412_z.jpg" width="480" height="640" alt="Untitled"></a>

I only added a 5mm spacer to cut the fender gap but is there too much tread poke?

I would have butI'm broke lol and the tires I have were pushing my current budget... I also didn't think there was going to be that much difference the kumho is literally almost a full inch wider :/

I dunno but everyone else, but I'm seeing a bit of stretch on them wheels. Its just not what we're used to seeing lol. 205 on an 8" rim is about the manufacturers safe/recommended limit. I think none excessive stretch looks good, meets the function/form criteria in my book.

And yes, just a hint to everybody: Tire manufacturers post every spec about every tire on their website (if they don't, buy elsewhere) Things like sidewall height, overall diameter, and shoulder width etc are important when picking the right set up. Some 215s are more like 225s, some 45 series are more like 50 series. It pays to be thorough and don't just use generic tire wheel calculators. Things like tirestretch.com can help you narrow down what a broader shoulder brand's tire looks like on desired wheel size, then look up its width on the manufacturers site, now you have a good idea what you want to look for.

I'm sorry you feel that way it's a work in progress. It will be painted this fall after the new fenders and body work

Also it's not his car anymore it's mine and I'm making it my own. I don't have thousands of dollars to drop into it whenever I want I live on my own and pay my own bills and have a normal job this is the perfect example of "not supported by mommy and daddy" I do what I can when I can

First on the list of body work lol it was not intended I did the baseball bat method that o.g.told me to try and that was my result...I drove the car while a buddy used the bat so I had no idea till one side was already done...
I'm going to pull that whole inner fender well out so the flare is smooth
