The Slammed Life

It's all good, I forget I don't post here much so you guys don't know me or my personality too well yet :)

I was going to post some lil phone pics to keep the thread going but this forum isn't on tapatalk and safari wasn't letting me post pictures from the iphone for whatever reason, LAME.

mhm tax came in. coils or pay this other cc i got off. smh decision lol :/

yeah or hold on to it. save a bit more then use the pay later option too and really get the air ride :) lol

yeah thats what I keep telling my self. will be worth the wait. even tho im dying to be low and make all the meets here and shut it down lol

Dude if ur going to buy air ride u need coils anyway. So buy the foils run the coils then when u have enough buy the rest and bag it

You are thinking about slide on bags. They slide over the strut and replace the spring with an air bag instead. The airrex kit for the mazda3 is like that in the front. You also have an adjustable static drop height by shortening the length of the strut. None of that is absolutely needed for a bag setup though. You can lay frame with just bags in a bracket if you have them done right.

Ya I am thinking about slide on bags lol people say they are better cause u can go lower with them

You'll go lower than coilovers, yes, but you will also bottom the strut out and damage it unless you are careful about adjusting the height collars to avoid it. The compressed length of the strut is as low as you will ever be able to go.

If you want total slammage follow the mini truck route and go bags without struts. A decent ride can be achieved with higher pressure bags.

Ya I was thing about doing that but I like being static. And if the bag ripps ur ****** and stuck lol

That's why you keep repair kits with you at all times. I think the cool part about bags is being able to use air tools on the road. LOL

Ya I like the ride hight adjustment and air tools would be sick. But coast way to much to have air ride.

yeah after thinking price and car driven daily. idk if the air ride its something convinient for everyday driving even tho it would be nice.
